Please read and accept these terms and our process before placing an order. We want our process to be transparent and tidy so you understand the steps along the way.
Acceptance Of Orders
We do not begin work until you have confirmed it in writing via email or official communication. All orders are checked before being approved. Ordering may be accepted or refused due to capacity, internal policies, or legal compliance. If we do confirm your order, it will then go through our production process, and our employees will get to work as soon as they can.
Scope Of Services
We handle all aspects of design, printing, and production, from concept to packing. Every job is tailored to your specifications, including size, material, number, and style. We will discuss with you any additional work that is not included in the scope of the work. We will obtain your approval before proceeding.
Order Process
We begin when we have all the details of your project, like design direction, quantity, etc., and the timeline. Then we will plan or draw a layout or sample that you can see. Production only starts when you give final approval. Cost or delivery time may be impacted if changes are made after the approval.
Pricing And Payment
The price varies according to material, printing technique, design detail, and order quantity. We always start with a clear quote! You have to agree on the payment terms; typically, the production begins after the partial or full payment. Late payments can result in production and delivery delays.
Design Approval
Final design or sample sent to you for approval before production. If approved, it will be a final print. Any errors or issues that were approved by the client prior to production are not our fault. Helps ensure clarity and completeness.
Intellectual Property
Your brand remains with you, including your logo, product names, and content. They are only used to complete your order. All drafts or ideas we develop are the property of us until full payment is received. Once the final approved designs are provided, they are only to be used for your project.
Confidentiality
We make sure that your information is kept private at every stage. No third parties may share your designs, product details, or business discussions without your consent. This will strengthen our business connection and help you protect your brand.
Shipping And Delivery
Once the order is placed with the courier/logistics provider, the delivery time is under the control of the courier company. The carrier is also responsible for handling the transit. Free shipping in the USA and Canada. Sent via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Secure packing for safe delivery. There are two delivery choices available to meet your needs. Regular service will take 8-15 business days, and rush service will take 6-8 business days.
Quality Control
All orders are carefully checked prior to dispatch. Print quality, material strength, and finishing are reviewed. There may be slight color or texture variations as a result of production limitations. We have high-quality standards. This means that you’ll get a professional outcome.
Returns And Refunds
We don’t accept returns or refunds because our products are manufactured to order. Unless there is a confirmed production defect, this is applicable. In these situations, we thoroughly examine the problem and offer a just resolution.
Limitation Of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or business impact caused by product use or external issues.
Force Majeure
No guarantee of delivery of any material due to circumstances beyond our control. These can be natural hazards such as floods, earthquakes, cyclones, and so on. They can also be government measures, supply problems, power outages, or strikes. When the conditions are back to normal, work is resumed.
