We want to help you if something doesn’t feel right with your order, and we will do so in a simple and fair manner.This policy outlines the return, refund, exchange, and cancellation process. It enables you to comprehend what you have available to you prior to and after ordering. It is recommended to read it once and keep it clear and stress-free.
These terms and conditions explain how we work with you when you order our packaging services. We create custom packaging for condoms and intimate products based on your needs. Please read and accept these terms and our process before placing an order. We want our process to be transparent and tidy so you understand the steps along the way.
Eligibility for returns
We will accept returns for products where there is no defect, and they have not been used. The item must be clean and unopened. The criteria for return only apply to products that are not damaged.
You need to inform us within 7 days of your order to request a return. Your request may not be processed after this time. We also need some proof of purchase, such as an Order Number or Invoice, to check your order promptly and take your case forward without delay.
Non-returnable items
Products are specially made for your brand and are not returnable. Custom-printed packaging can’t be returned since it is made specifically for your business. Once produced, the product is not usable for other orders.
Any personalized packaging or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Depending on the terms agreed prior to purchase, the bulk order/discounted deal may also be non-returnable in some cases. This ensures all customers have a fair and consistent production.
How to start a return
To request a return, first contact our support team. Please provide all the order information and clearly state the problem so that we can understand the problem and solve it faster.
Please do not send anything back without permission. Once your return is accepted, we will share the return address and packing instructions. Please pack the item carefully so it reaches us safely.
Return shipping
Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to personal reasons, a wrong selection, or a change of mind. If we’ve made an error, it will be our pleasure to pay the return shipping. This encompasses instances such as the wrong item or a manufacturing defect. A trackable courier service is used at all times. This is to ensure that both can track the return until it safely reaches us.
Refund process
After we get it back, your product is thoroughly inspected by our staff. We ensure that it meets all the return requirements before we approve your refund. This process ensures that we are being fair and are working to keep the products up to quality standards.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days if approved. The sum is refunded to your initial payment method. It may take additional time to show in the bank/payment provider, depending on where you bank.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are only offered if the product is wrong or has a manufacturing fault. In these instances, we substitute with the appropriate item as soon as possible.
If it’s a mistake on our part, exchanges can be made for custom-printed packaging. These are created specifically for each customer and not for preference changes in general, except as items are eventually replaced.
Cancellation policy
Orders can only be cancelled prior to the start of production. After printing or manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled as printing or manufacturing is already in process. Please contact us as soon as possible if the order has to be cancelled. We will confirm your order and let you know the current situation and what remains to be done.
